Richard has over 25 years’ experience working in practice as a CPA accountant and working for MYOB. He spent 15 years working at MYOB in various roles within the Accountants and Business division. Richard’s most notable achievement was managing the launch of MYOB’s first online (SaaS) accounting service, designed specifically for micro businesses in Australia and New Zealand, included payroll. Richard also invented several tax & accounting processes which have now been patented by MYOB.

Shane has over 10 years’ experience working in tax software with Wolters Kluwer and now as a member of the Thomson Reuters family. Shane’s most notable achievement was his hands-on work designing, developing and implementing Wolters Kluwer PLS solution for the Australian Corporate market. Supporting 3 of the 4 big four service firms in their transition to PLS was an important part of Shane’s time at Wolters Kluwer.

Jason currently works across all business lines improving the ATO’s understanding and engagement with the Partners and Intermediaries interacting with the office. These partners and intermediaries include Tax and BAS Agents, lawyers, vendors, digital service providers and banks. Prior to this role Jason directed the ATO’s National Lodgment Program, and before this pioneered the ATO’s cash economy industry strategy and walk-in campaigns.
