TERMS & CONDITIONS: This promotion is offered by Thomson Reuters (Professional) Australia Limited (ABN 64 058 914 668) of Level 6, 19 Harris Street, Pyrmont, NSW 2009. The offer of three months free trial of ONESOURCE Workflow Calendar (the Service) will be available to all organisations that hold a valid ABN and are, in the opinion of Thomson Reuters, likely to benefit from the software, for example organisations with tax teams and multiple tax and reporting deadlines (Eligible Organisations). The offer is valid from midnight 12th April 2018 until 11:59pm 30th June 2018 (the Promotion Period). To be eligible for the offer, applicants must register their interest by completing the form found at https://tax.thomsonreuters.com.au/workflow-free-trial. Organisations that register during the Promotion Period will be contacted by a Thomson Reuters specialist who will review whether the organisation is an Eligible Organisation and provide a Data Collection Template (requesting the organisation’s entity information, jurisdictions and any specific events it needs to be set up for) to be completed. All Eligible Organisations will be granted three months free trial of the Service. Use of the Service during the trial period is subject to Thomson Reuters’ standard terms and conditions applicable to use of the Service (https://tax.thomsonreuters.com/wp-content/pdf/msa/au-trta-msa-master-terms-version-1.1.pdf?h=4f14be) and that the Eligible Organisation returns a completed Data Collection Template within 2 weeks of receipt. Organisations should be aware that only the Tax Types in the Collection Spreadsheet (namely Fringe Benefits Tax, Goods & Services Tax, Income Tax, Indirect Tax, Non Resident - Landlord Tax, Property Tax, Sales & Use Tax, and Statutory Reporting) will be implemented for the trial. Prior to the end of the free trial period, a Thomson Reuters’ representative will make contact with an authorised representative within the organisation to discuss options to purchase a ONESOURCE Workflow calendar subscription. If the Eligible Organisation chooses not to purchase a subscription following the completion of the free trial, its access to the Service will be terminated at the end of the three month free trial period.
